These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of speechcusetherapy.com (the “Site”), operated by Speech Cuse Therapy PC (“Speech Cuse Therapy,” “I,” “me,” or “my”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About the Site
The Site provides general information about my speech-language pathology practice and free educational resources. It is offered for informational purposes only.
Not medical advice
The information and resources on the Site are educational and do not replace professional evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed speech-language pathologist or physician. Do not rely on the Site to diagnose or treat any condition. Reading the Site or contacting me through it does not create a clinician-patient relationship. That relationship begins only after intake and mutual agreement to provide services.

Services and licensing
Speech-language pathology services are provided only where I am licensed to practice. In-person services are offered from Yonkers, New York, and teletherapy is offered subject to applicable state licensing requirements. Submitting the contact form or requesting a consultation does not guarantee that services will be provided.
Educational resources
Some resources on the Site were created by me; others are provided by third parties (for example, IDDSI diet-level handouts and external funding guides) and remain the property of their respective owners, used in accordance with their licenses. Resources are provided for personal, non-commercial, educational use. They are general in nature and are not a substitute for individualized clinical advice.
Intellectual property
Except for third-party materials noted above, the content, design, text, and graphics on the Site are owned by Speech Cuse Therapy PC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and download materials for personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them for commercial purposes without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and resources for convenience. I do not control and am not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
